Hi Everyone!
Thank you for registering for the 2006 Fall Season of Outdoor Soccer. This season is going to be better than ever! Registration is going great, and things are moving along to get the season started on time!
The Coaches' Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 31st at 6:00pm. It will be held at South Jordan Middle School (10245 South 2700 West, South Jordan) and should take about an hour. If you have volunteered to be a coach, please attend this meeting as it is our chance to answer any of your questions about the program and your responsibilities as a coach as well as give you all the information for your team, the season and your uniforms.
Parents, please give coaches at least a week to contact you with your team information. If you have not heard by September 7th, feel free to call the recreation center at 253-4404 and the front desk can assist you.
We will be doing the clinic/orginazational day on Saturday, September 9th. Your coach will call you with your time. Each team will get 30 minutes to meet and practice. This will be the only practice that we schedule for you. It will be up to your coach to schedule all remaining practices as they see fit.
Games will be played on one week night (rotating between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and Saturdays. This will help the season end before it gets too cold outside. If for some reason games must be cancelled, information will be given out about make-ups as well as posted to this site. Make-up games are added to the end of the season.
Due to the growth in our programs here at Marv Jenson, we have moved the North Area games to the South Jordan Middle School (located at 10245 South 2700 West, South Jordan). This was done to help with the parking issues experienced at Marv Jenson. The South Area games will be played at South Hills Middle School as usual.
